Is your project being laid out and designed by somebody who has many years of experience? Design is one of the most important aspects toward a good outcome of your project.  Are they an expert in the field? Or is your bid prepared by someone who went to classes and after a short period of time is now designing your project; perhaps someone sitting in a design center, handling bid preparation in a non-personal manner;  or are they someone who has built thousands of projects and handles your project personally and with 100% attention?

Believe it or not, even if  you spend a lot of money on good materials and labor, the result still may be a terrible outcome. Lack of personalized planning and foresight are your worst enemies!
